Digital transformation trends in service industries

This study examines the evolution of digital transformation (DT) in service industry through real-world application cases and articles published journals that are related to DT. research collected 2,897,024 papers Scopus from 1991 March 4, 2022. From this population papers, 2,683 were reclassified finally, 1831 chosen for examination. Among these 437 DT-related focused on fields analyzed word cloud analysis keywords. paper delineated evolutionary processes DT sectors by reviewing comparing both commonalities differences between practice (actual cases) (published journal articles) In addition, explored key contributors three stages sector. The results provide theoretical practical implications offer strategic insights planning implementing industry.
